Job summary

Carrington is seeking a General Manager - Integrated Care to lead our Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement and Lifestyle portfolios across residential, community and independent living settings. This senior role combines practice leadership, governance, service innovation, and commercial acumen to shape the future of integrated care services.

Reporting to the COO, you will drive growth, workforce performance and consumer outcomes, while ensuring compliance with aged care standards and quality

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within Aged Care or Community services in Allied Health or Diversional Therapy.
• Ter tiary qualifications & registration (AHPRA) required.
• Proven ability to grow high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience driving service growth, utilization and commercial outcomes.
• Strong governance, audit and accreditation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

The Opportunity

As the General Manager - Integrated Care you will lead the delivery, growth and innovation of our Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement and Lifestyle portfolios across residential care, community care and independent living. This is a unique opportunity combining practice leadership & governance, service innovation and commercial acumen to shape the future direction of integrated care services at Carrington. Support independence, wellbeing and quality of life for older people by leading multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence, strategic growth, workforce performance and consumer outcomes across a diverse service portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this Full-time onsite opportunity enjoys a remuneration package comprised of base salary + leave loading, superannuation & NFP Salary Packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Allied Health, Wellness, Reablement, Lifestyle and Spiritual Care services across multiple service streams
• Driving service growth, utilisation and commercial performance in line with organisational strategy
• Developing innovative programs and interdisciplinary synergies that enhance consumer outcomes and engagement
• Leading workforce performance, capability development and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards, clinical governance and quality frameworks
• Building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence

About You

• Senior leadership experience within Aged Care or Community services in Allied Health or Diversional Therapy
• Tertiary qualifications in the related discipline & relevant registration or professional membership for your field (e.g. AHPRA)
• Demonstrated success leading & growing high performing multidisciplinary teams
• Experience driving service growth, utilisation and commercial outcomes
• Experience in compliance, governance, audit & accreditation
• Experience in volunteer management and conversant with spiritual care
• Strong understanding of aged care funding, reablement principles and clinical governance frameworks
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
• Agility to manage diverse service portfiolio
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and person-centred care
