Job summary

Zonta House Refuge Association in Perth is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our 24/7 refuge and transitional accommodation services. You will lead a trauma-informed team delivering safe, client-centered care for victim-survivors of family and domestic violence.

The role is a full-time fixed-term contract until December 2027, based in Perth Metro (South Eastern). You will oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, budgets, and performance against contracts while fostering a supportive,

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in FDV/crisis services.
• Experience in budgeting of programs and meeting contractual obligations.
• Complex case management with risk and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor to foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Align programs and case management with our therapeutic framework to deliver high-quality care.
• Support staff in complex casework and crisis situations with empathy.
• Collaborate with other leaders to strengthen teamwork and service delivery across the organisation.
• Balance rostering, service needs and staff wellbeing to create sustainable impact.
• Manage budgets, contracts and key performance indicators with precision and accountability.
