Myer is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Shift Supervisor at the Eastern Creek Distribution Centre to lead a high-performing team and drive safe, efficient distribution operations for stores and customers.

The role requires proven distribution centre leadership, a strong WHS focus, and a hands-on approach to support operational activities while delivering service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational activities when required.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to service excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective problem-solving, analytical and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer's business strategy.
• Lead by example and foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch (stores and customers).
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, productivity, cost, customer service and safety.

Join the Myer Eastern Creek Distribution Centre as a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor and lead a high-performing team in one of Australia's leading retail supply chain operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop your leadership capability, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our stores and customers.

• Forklift Licence required
• Monday to Friday

You will bring strong leadership capability and distribution centre experience to drive safe, efficient and compliant operations across the site.
