Job summary

Myer is seeking a Team Leader for the store logistics loading dock, reporting to the Merchandise Operations Manager. You will oversee daily stock flow, coach the team, and implement safe, efficient replenishment practices to keep the store well stocked.

You must be available across key store trading hours and peak times. Strong supervision and dock-to-floor logistics experience, plus a customer-service mindset, are essential for success.

• Supervisory and / or people leadership experience is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in dock-to-floor logistics, replenishment procedures and exposure to online order fulfilment
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to undertaking and promoting safe work practices
• Communication skills along with time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
• Passion for customer service and a love of retail!

Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager and based at the loading dock, the Team Leader is an integral part within the logistics team ensuring a streamlined operational and seamless optimisation of stock flow into the store. You will coach and guide your team with safe and efficient logistics and replenishment practices.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours and occasionally peak trading times.
