Job summary

Hyatt in Sydney is seeking a Team Leader for Event Service to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise colleagues across the Event Service department.

You will be the primary contact for event hosts, ensuring flawless execution of high-energy events and memorable guest experiences through proactive service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5-star environment, either a large convention hotel or convention center in a similar role.
• Experience in working with weddings and large corporate events.
• Being enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a problem solver.
• Outgoing and inclusive personality.

As our Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of all events by creating memorable experiences for our guests. Reporting to the Director of Event Service, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of colleagues working in the Event Service department.
