Job summary

LOEWE in Westfield Sydney is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide the boutique team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support opening and closing procedures, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client service.

You will coach and develop staff, share brand heritage, and promote cross‑selling across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, footwear and accessories while maintaining visual merchandising and store operations to the highest standards. Mandarin proficiency is valued.

• 2+ years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and mentor teams.
• Expertise in CRM, client retention and high-net-worth relationships.
• Solid operations background in inventory control and store administration.
• Collaborative, hands-on leader with a passion for luxury fashion and culture; Mandarin fluency.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead the team at our LOEWE flagship boutique located in Westfield Sydney.

• Solid operational background in inventory control and store administration.
• Collaborative, hands‑on leader with a passion for luxury fashion and culture.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support key clientele.

The successful candidate must be able to work the Tuesday – Saturday roster.
