Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Westfield Sydney Boutique. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury service, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within a premium brand environment.

The successful candidate will have fashion retail experience, strong product knowledge, and a proactive approach to cross-selling, with the ability to work a Sunday-Thursday roster and contribute to inventory and back-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years fashion retail sales experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
• Track record of meeting monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Advanced product knowledge with cross-selling focus.
• Assist with inventory and back-of-house tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s in a luxury retail environment.
• Build and nurture client relationships through outreach and clienteling.
• Support in stock control and inventory processes.
• Maintain product knowledge across categories to drive cross-sell/upsell.
• Work the Sunday to Thursday roster.

We’re looking for a full-time Client Advisor to bring their energy to our Westfield Sydney Boutique and grow with us.

About you:

• Minimum 1-2 years' of fashion sales experience in a retail setting; (luxury retail, ready-to-wear preferred)
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships through structured outreach, sales leadership, and clienteling skills
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving commercial monthly and annual sales targets and KPI’s
• Advanced product knowledge with a focus on driving cross-selling and upselling across multiple categories
• Ability to support in inventory control and back-of-house operational tasks
• Has a positive attitude, coachable and paired with curiosity and a strong drive to grow.

The successful candidate must be able to work the Sunday to Thursday Roster.
