Job summary

LOEWE is seeking an experienced full-time Store Manager for our Chatswood Chase boutique. Reporting to the Retail Manager ANZ, you will lead the store team, drive sales performance and ensure brand standards across operations, merchandising, and clienteling initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail leadership, a proven track record of hitting sales targets, and excellence in communication and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cultivate high-value client relationships.
• Expertise in inventory control and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the store team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training and performance management.
• Oversee all aspects of store management from housekeeping and inventory control to visual merchandising and operational compliance.
• Drive CRM through effective management of the customer database and clienteling initiatives.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive higher conversion and sales targets.
• Ensure two-way communication to keep the team engaged, knowledgeable and aligned with brand standards.
