Job summary

LOEWE, the flagship luxury house, seeks an experienced Team Leader for Westfield Sydney boutique, reporting to the Store Manager to drive client service and sales through active leadership.

You will coach and develop the team, manage CRM and cross-selling across categories, maintain visuals and inventory, and uphold LOEWE heritage. Mandarin is a plus for key clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail leadership experience.
• Strong commercial understanding with a proven ability to hit sales targets and mentor teams.
• Expertise in CRM, client retention, and high-net-worth relationship building.
• Solid operational background in inventory control and store administration.
• Collaborative, hands-on leader with a passion for luxury fashion and culture.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support key clientele.
• The successful candidate must be able to work the Tuesday – Saturday roster.

• Support boutique leadership, acting as Manager on Duty and handling store opening/closing procedures as needed.

About You
