Job summary

Sunnyfield seeks a dedicated Team Leader to guide our Community Hub in Allambie. You will mentor staff, ensure person-centred service delivery, and manage rostering while building strong relationships with clients and families.

With a focus on meaningful programs and compliant operations, you will empower people with disability and foster a supportive, team-oriented culture within a busy hub.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Community Support Workers or similar.
• Knowledge of person-centred and strengths-based practice.
• Ability to develop and deliver client-centered programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Community Support Workers.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing and rostering.
• Develop and deliver engaging and meaningful programs for clients.
• Manage incidents, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and community stakeholders.
