Job summary

Sunnyfield in Allambie is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a busy Community Hub and lead a team of Community Support Workers. This role focuses on delivering person-centred, strengths-based programs and managing daily operations in a supportive setting.

The position offers regular hours (9am–3pm, Mon-Fri) with salary packaging and opportunities for training and peer guidance within a well-established disability services organisation.

• Experience leading a team of Community Support Workers.
• Knowledge of person-centred and strengths-based practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
