Sunnyfield Disbility Services seeks a Team Leader for our Community Hub in Dulwich Hill. Lead a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred supports with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager on planning and service delivery, ensure safe practices, and build partnerships with families and stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the Disability Services sector.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues to deliver high‑quality services.
• Experience coordinating daily operations and team tasks.
• Experience preparing plans and documentation focused on outcomes.
• Proactive leader who encourages innovative approaches.

Responsabilités

• Lead service delivery and day‑to‑day operations with the Service Manager.
• Enable the team to provide safe, person‑centred supports.
• Foster a positive, respectful, professional team culture.
• Develop and coordinate client‑led individual and group programs.
• Actively engage clients in meaningful daily activities.
• Support intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, WHS, incidents, and audits.

Looking for a lead role where you can support day to day operations, that mixes client facing service and support delivery with operational leadership time?

Lead service that creates opportunity by:

• Supporting the Service Manager with day‑to‑day operations, planning and service delivery.
• Enabling the team to deliver high‑quality, safe and person‑centred supports.

• Implementing positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.
