Sunnyfield is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Community Hub in Dulwich Hill. You will lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues to deliver high-quality services.
• Experience coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
• Experience in planning and documenting client-led outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, planning and service delivery.
• Enable the team to deliver high-quality, safe and person-centred supports.
• Promote a positive, respectful and professional team culture.
• Develop and coordinate client-led individual and group programs.
• Engage clients in meaningful daily activities.
• Support positive behaviour strategies as required.
• Build partnerships with families and stakeholders.
• Oversee intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, WHS, incidents, and audits.

Lead service that creates opportunity by:

• Supporting the Service Manager with day‑to‑day operations, planning and service delivery.

• Actively engaging clients in meaningful daily activities.
• Implementing positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.
• Building strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
• Ensuring accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
• Maintaining compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
