Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Dulwich Hills is hiring passionate disability support workers. You will deliver personalised support that builds independence, assist with personal care, support social activities and skill development, and build positive relationships with participants and families.

We value creativity, calm confidence, and a collaborative approach. Must have at least 2 years' experience in disability and clear checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, National Criminal History Record).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in disability.
• Clear relevant checks including NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check.
• You think creatively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
