Job summary

Sunnyfield is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its Community Access Team in the Sutherland Shire, NSW. You will help clients live independently, participate in local communities, and access meaningful opportunities through personalised support and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability or youth industry is advantageous.
• Able to work across mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Clear checks: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check.
• Provide 2 references.

As a Support Worker within our CA Team, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing. Working in both a team environment and independently, you will provide a range of services assisting clients to live independently, be actively involved in their local community, and engaged in meaningful opportunities.
