Job summary

Sunnyfield is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to join the team in Maroubra. You will support clients with disability living in shared homes, delivering person-centred care and helping with daily living tasks.

You’ll work flexible hours across the day, build positive relationships with participants and families, and contribute to a supportive team culture while keeping clear records and practicing safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours across the day and night on a 24/7 roster.
• Experience in disability support or related field.
• Clear NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History checks.
• Provide two professional references.
• Hold a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with disability living in shared homes.
• Deliver personalised support that builds independence.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
