Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated Team Leader – Auto at our Jandakot Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC) in Perth. Reporting to the VPC Operations Manager, you will lead a team to deliver daily targets safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You will coordinate resources, coach staff, support performance management and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with WHS, policies and customer requirements in a dynamic, fast‑paced automotive logistics

About the Role

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated and capable employees for the position of Team Leader – Auto based at our Jandakot Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC). Reporting to the Manager, VPC Operations, the Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will provide frontline leadership, coordinate resources, support operational performance, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
