Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated Team Leader – Auto at our Jandakot Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC) in Perth. Reporting to the VPC Operations Manager, you will lead a team to deliver daily targets safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You will coordinate resources, coach staff, support performance management and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with WHS, policies and customer requirements in a dynamic, fast‑paced automotive logistics

• Coordinate workflow and resource allocation within the VPC Operation
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members
• Assist with performance management and employee development activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• The role ensures work is completed in accordance with WHS standards, operational procedures, quality expectations and agreed timelines.
