About you

You are a proactive operational leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational performance and day-to-day problem solving. You can confidently lead teams, manage changing priorities and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You're comfortable working across multiple functions, analysing performance data and using systems to make informed decisions. Whether you're coordinating workflow on the ground, reviewing operational reports or supporting administrative tasks, you take ownership and lead by example.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong operational planning and workflow management capability
