What you'll do

As our Business Support Lead, you'll be at the heart of our Port and Road Logistics operations – transforming the way we work, not just managing tasks. You’ll lead by example, empowering your team to excel and creating a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Review existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance efficiency
• Develop and maintain templates, tools, and processes to streamline administrative tasks
• Coordinate operational projects to support business objectives
• Partner closely with operational managers to provide critical administrative support
• Support with key functions such as Contractor Management and procurement

About you

• You’re an experienced senior administrator or have had an office management role, ideally in dynamic environments like logistics or industrial operations
• You’re a natural leader who enjoys guiding small teams and driving continuous improvement
• Skilled in project coordination – even without formal qualifications, you know how to keep things moving.
• You’re an excellent communicator with a talent for building strong, collaborative relationships.
• Comfortable with administrative systems, experience with Definitiv, Xero, Litmos, or MEX is desirable
• Above all, you bring a proactive, positive attitude. You’re a problem‑solver who takes initiative and ensures tasks and projects are completed efficiently.
