Jobs Statewide is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the Transition to Work branch in Box Hill, Victoria. You will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants, drive performance against contractual KPIs, and ensure strong participant outcomes through effective service delivery.

This full-time role focuses on operational leadership, stakeholder engagement with local employers, and collaboration with the Regional Manager to implement business plans and continuous improvements.

Qualificações

• Evidence of leadership in employment services or related program delivery.
• Track record of achieving KPIs and contractual targets.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery of the TtW contract and ensure compliant service delivery.
• Own branch performance, KPIs and business targets.
• Coach and develop Recruitment Consultants to improve performance and outcomes.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback, coaching and support.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and case reviews to strengthen capability.
• Analyse branch performance, identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Build relationships with local employers to support recruitment outcomes.
• Establish partnerships with community organisations to expand opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to implement business plans and drive improvement.

Jobs Statewide is seeking a hands-on leader to take ownership of branch performance, lead and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants, and drive strong participant outcomes. You'll oversee operational delivery, compliance, contractual KPIs and business targets while fostering a high-performing team culture focused on helping young people access sustainable employment, training and education opportunities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the TtW contract, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Take ownership of branch performance, contractual KPIs and business targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive performance and achieve employment outcomes.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and support.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions and case reviews to strengthen team capability and service delivery.
• Analyse branch performance, identify gaps and implement strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure strong participant engagement, quality service delivery and achievement of contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand their workforce needs and support recruitment outcomes.
• Identify and develop job opportunities with local businesses, connecting participants with suitable pathways into sustainable employment.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with community organisations and key stakeholders to expand employment, training and support opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and broader leadership team to develop and implement business plans, drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within Workforce Australia, TtW or a relevant employment services contract.
• Proven leadership experience driving team performance and successful business outcomes within the employment services sector.
• A strong track record of achieving KPIs, contractual targets and performance measures.
• Sound understanding of employment services compliance, contractual obligations and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve consistent performance and quality outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with employers, community organisations and key stakeholders.
• The ability to balance people leadership, commercial performance, compliance and positive participant outcomes.
• A hands-on leadership style, with a willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day branch operations and lead by example.
