Job summary

Jobs Statewide in Adelaide is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Transition to Work team, guiding Youth Consultants, building employer connections and creating pathways into employment, education and training.

This hands-on role focuses on coaching, performance against KPIs, and day-to-day branch operations, with a passion for helping young people aged 15–24 access opportunities and thrive in their communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employment Services or youth services is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong relationship-building with employers and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with employers and local organisations.

Branch Manager – Transition to Work (TTW)

You’re not just working through a caseload. You’ll be connecting young people with employers, education and training, getting them involved in programs like Ignite Her, Youth Activate and Fit Revolution, and working with your team to create opportunities that genuinely get them moving forward.

It’s fast-paced, hands-on and different every day — and you’ll be leading a team of people who are doing the same.

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team, supporting young people aged 15–24 into employment, education and training.

Some of the programs you’ll be getting young people involved in:

Ignite Her – supporting young women to build confidence, skills and career direction.

Youth Activate – helping young people get active, connected and ready for their next step.

Fit Revolution – using fitness, boxing and wellbeing to build confidence, discipline and engagement.

And more – we’re constantly creating new ways to engage young people and connect them with opportunities.

This role is about:

Leading, coaching and developing your Youth Consultants

Managing KPIs, targets and branch performance

Building strong relationships with employers and local organisations

Creating opportunities for young people to get into work, training and education

Being hands-on and involved in the day-to-day running of your branch
