Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Team Leader, Member Retention in South Yarra, Melbourne. You will lead two Member Retention Specialists, work directly with the client’s Head of Retention, and spend regular time on site at luxury wellness clubs to ensure white-glove service for top-tier members.

You will personally make calls, coach for excellence, and bring insights and reporting to the club. The role requires a minimum of three years in luxury hospitality or private clubs and strong leadership

Qualifications

• At least three years in luxury hospitality, wellness or a private members club.
• Minimum one year leading or supervising a team (supervisor, duty manager, assistant manager or team leader).
• Strong coaching and feedback skills to develop high performance teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with discretion handling sensitive member information.
• Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Member Retention Specialists and report to the client's Head of Retention.
• Spend regular time on site at clubs to oversee member experience and service standards.
• Make calls personally and coach the team to deliver white-glove service to top-tier members.
• Provide insights and reporting to the client on member retention performance.
