Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, seeks a Team Leader – Welcome Team in Adelaide to lead a high-performing customer-focused group supporting government-funded aged care and community programs. This role offers a full-time, 13-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement in care outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in contact centre, customer service or administration.
• Experience in healthcare setting is highly desirable.

At Amplar Home Health, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Team Leader – Welcome Team to lead a high-performing team supporting consumers across a range of government-funded aged care and community programs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping us achieve our vision of becoming Australia's largest virtual hospital in aFull-time, 13 month Fixed Term Hybrid role, based in Adelaide only.

What You'll Be Doing

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
• Contact centre, customer service or administration experience
• Experience in healthcare setting (highly desirable)
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and performance management skills
