Job summary

Amplar Health is seeking a Team Leader - Welcome Team in Adelaide to lead a high-performing group supporting government-funded aged care and community programs. This full-time, 13-month fixed-term hybrid role focuses on exceptional service delivery and empowering staff.

You will coach a customer-focused team, drive performance and collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Background in health or aged care is highly desirable.

• Monitor team performance, quality and compliance standards and drive improvements.

At Amplar Home Health, we're looking for a passionate and proactive Team Leader - Welcome Team to lead a high-performing team supporting consumers across a range of government-funded aged care and community programs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping us achieve our vision of becoming Australia's largest virtual hospital in a Full-time, 13 month Fixed Term Hybrid role, based in Adelaide only.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
• Monitor team performance, quality and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across operational and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, performance reporting and operational excellence.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and consumer-centred care.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
• Contact centre, customer service or administration experience
• Experience in healthcare setting (highly desirable)
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and performance management skills
