The Opportunity

As Amplar Health continues to grow and expand its Support at Homeservices, we're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Provider Coordinatorto join our growing team in afull-time work-from-home role.

As a Provider Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting Amplar Health's provider network across a range of clinical and non-clinical services. You'll build strong relationships with providers, support onboarding and contracting activities, monitor and remediate performance and compliance, and help ensure our network is delivering high-quality, cost-effective services to customers.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, operational coordination, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, while working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in aged care, provider management, or a similar environment.
• Enjoy building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Have experience with contracts, compliance, governance or service delivery coordination.
• Are solutions-focused and enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement.Can analyse data and use insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Have strong administration, IT, and CRM system skills.
• Are motivated by making a positive impact and contributing to Amplar Health's vision of creating the healthiest Australia by 2030.
