Job summary

Amplar Health, part of Medibank, invites applications for a Project Lead role to drive strategic initiatives within the Support at Home program. You will partner with clinical, operational, technology and customer experience teams to deliver transformative changes and outcomes across workforce innovation, service capacity and process improvements.

This fixed-term parental leave opportunity runs through to March 2027 with flexible working options including hybrid work, from-home arrangements, or

The Opportunity

AsProject Lead,you'lllead the delivery of strategic initiatives that support the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Support at Home program. Partnering with clinical, operational, technology and customer experience teams,you'lldrive projects across workforce innovation, servicecapacityand operational improvement, helping to embed new ways of working and deliver meaningful transformation across the business.

What You'll Do

• Deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the growth of the Support at Home program.

This is a fixed-term parental leave opportunity through to March 2027. We offer genuine flexibility, with the option to work from home, from one of our office locations, or a blend of both. Some travel to Melbourne may be required from time to time.
