Job summary

Insignia Financial seeks a Team Lead Systems Engineer – Windows & O365 to guide a group of up to 10 infrastructure engineers. You will stay hands-on while mentoring, shaping team capability and driving service performance in a modern enterprise environment.

Based in Adelaide, you will oversee incident and SLA management, champion automation and lead strategic projects across Windows Server and MS 365. A strong leader who balances delivery with people development will thrive here.

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing technical teams in a large enterprise.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a team of Infrastructure Engineers.
Overseeing ServiceNow queues, ticket management, escalations and SLA performance.
Driving operational excellence across Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Managing vulnerability remediation, alert monitoring and platform health.
Supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID and core infra services.
Leading continuous improvement, automation opportunities and uplift activities.
Contributing to infrastructure projects, planning and design.
Managing on-call capability and ensuring effective support coverage.
