UNSW Canberra seeks two Team Leads – Student Administrative Services to lead a team delivering high‑quality student lifecycle services at the ADFA Campus. You will oversee admissions, enrolment, progression and graduation while driving process improvements and supporting staff development.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, extensive student administration experience, and strong communication skills to manage priorities, reporting, and Defence-partner collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy student services team.
• Strong knowledge of the student lifecycle from admissions to graduation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver student administrative services.
• Oversee student lifecycle functions including admission, orientation, enrolment, assessment and graduation.
• Support the development and implementation of student administration procedures and projects with an innovative business improvement focus.
• Provide high-level advice and support to students and staff across UNSW Canberra.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Defence partners.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, governance, and health and safety standards.
