Qualificações

• Experience supervising and leading a team including supporting the Manager in human resource processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, respond to unexpected events and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience in a criminal justice environment or comparable governance systems with the ability to rapidly acquire necessary knowledge.
• Ability to maintain governance and oversight systems using information to support service delivery and quality assurance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail when preparing complex reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, staff development, and conducting difficult conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the Manager and contribute to day-to-day operations of a unit.
• Oversee quality assurance and governance of tasks to ensure compliance with legislation and agency directives.
• Manage staff performance, training and development and analyze workloads to ensure adequate resource allocation.
• Prepare and present complex reports for internal and external stakeholders and escalate issues when required.
