Girton Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Teaching and Learning Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Teaching and Learning., The Teaching and Learning Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Teaching and Learning portfolio through the coordination of calendars and meetings along with assisting in the coordination of projects, professional learning activities and academic programs.
The role is responsible for maintaining documentation and records, supporting committees and events, coordinating student-teacher placements, administering purchasing and budget processes, and ensuring the effective management of action registers and project records.
The position is based on campus and offers flexibility within the advertised working hours of 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, five days per week., The successful candidate will contribute to the following areas:
