Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator on a six-month fixed-term contract in Tasmania. You will provide general infrastructure, cloud and workplace technology support across HCA sites and during office relocations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an infrastructure, systems administration or cloud support role within a medium to large size organization.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking
• Experience supporting networks, firewalls, wireless, printers, meeting room technology and end-user devices
• Demonstrated experience working with managed service providers, carriers and technology vendors
• You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of infrastructure, cloud and workplace technology solutions across HCA sites and office relocations.
• Assist with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments to ensure reliable ICT services.
• Coordinate technology setups, site moves and vendor activities to deliver seamless operational outcomes.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity and cloud-related issues while maintaining security, governance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement, documentation and technology projects.
