Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to lead the integration of Catherine House into our enterprise technology environment. The 12-month fixed-term role focuses on cloud, identity, infrastructure, network, telephony and endpoint migrations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions, maintain documentation, and support governance and change management processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems integration or a comparable technical role.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant migration or consolidation activities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and modern cloud technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking.
• ITIL Foundations certification or practical experience in ITIL-aligned service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technology integration activities, supporting migrations into HCA's operating environment.
• Plan and coordinate Microsoft 365, Azure, network, telephony and endpoint migrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to manage dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and compliant, and escalate risks per governance processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer for ongoing improvements.
