Job summary

Mosh & Moshy is seeking a Talent Partner to shape how we grow by attracting and securing exceptional talent. You will own end-to-end hiring for all roles and build proactive sourcing strategies to support our growth.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, coach on interviewing practices, and help design onboarding experiences with our People team. We value diversity, inclusion, and a strong candidate experience as we scale in Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner with full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced or growth environments.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building.
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture talent pipelines for critical skill areas.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs as we scale.
• Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing best practice, backed by data.
• Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process.
• Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market.
