You’ll act as a trusted advisor, managing multiple vacancies, building pipelines, and driving recruitment best practices in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

• Proven internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across technical, sales and corporate functions.
• Ability to attract passive talent in competitive markets.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
• Manage multiple vacancies across technical, sales, operational and corporate functions.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Drive recruitment best practice, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent campaigns.
