Job summary

Mosh is hiring a Talent Partner in Sydney to lead end-to-end recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines and partner with senior leaders to shape growth while reflecting our values. You will champion an exceptional candidate experience and drive DEI initiatives across the hiring lifecycle.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with three in-office days in Sydney and access to training, family leave and wellbeing programs as part of our People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner in full-cycle recruitment.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building.
• Experience with TAS and using hiring metrics.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for all roles, delivering an epic candidate experience aligned with our mission, vision and values
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent and build/nurture pipelines for critical skill areas
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
• Work with managers and the Head of People & Culture to forecast future hiring needs and build proactive workforce plans that align talent supply with business growth
• Coach internal stakeholders on interviewing and recruitment best practices
• Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence hiring decisions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Partner to design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires
• Integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies into talent acquisition
• Continuously enhance employer branding, team culture and candidate engagement strategies, championing our brand in the market
• Work in partnership with the wider People & Culture team to deliver on the P&C strategy
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies across the hiring lifecycle, keeping up with changes and proactively recommending updates
• Provide backup support for office operations and facilities (e.g. weekly grocery shop, liaising with building management etc) when the People Partner needs coverage

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics
