Hello Clever Pty Ltd is building the next generation of payments and loyalty infrastructure. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment globally, partnering with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States.

This hands-on role requires you to manage multiple vacancies, proactively source top talent, build strong relationships, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Proactive sourcing across multiple markets and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment processes end-to-end from role briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates across Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States.
• Build and maintain pipelines for priority and difficult roles.
• Screen and assess candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage interview processes with momentum and timely feedback.
