Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an APAC T&OC Coordinator to support the APAC Talent & Organisational Capability team. You will coordinate projects, manage stakeholder communications and maintain the learning and leadership development calendar to enable a high-performing workforce.
You'll work in a hybrid setup, split between home and one of our offices, and collaborate with Global HR to deliver leadership programs and talent initiatives across Australia and the region.

The team delivers and coordinates a range of people initiatives, including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Competency Development, Succession Planning, Culture & Engagement, Learning Management and Graduate Program, working closely with stakeholders across the business and Global HR.
The APAC T&OC Coordinator plays a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the team through strong project coordination, proactive reporting, stakeholder management and administration.
