Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an APAC Talent & Organisational Capability Coordinator to enable team effectiveness through strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative excellence. You will support graduate programs, partner with MyHR, and ensure timely, customer‑focused service.

The role requires collaboration across time zones, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities to work from home and at one of our offices on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to tell a compelling story through data visualisation and analysis.
• Ability to identify improvements and turn challenges into solvable problems.
• Willingness to support workshop facilitators by managing schedules and coordinating events across time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a complex organisation.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with data-driven exec communications, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APAC T&OC initiatives and maintain project schedules and reporting.
• Provide guidance on T&OC frameworks and processes, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Support the Graduate program to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and customer-centric responses to inquiries.
• Align T&OC activities with organisational priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build a network with Global HR colleagues and International T&OC teams.
• Plan and coordinate learning events, manage the learning management system, and track attendance.
