Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an APAC Talent & Organisational Capability Coordinator to enable team effectiveness through strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and administrative excellence. You will support graduate programs, partner with MyHR, and ensure timely, customer‑focused service.

The role requires collaboration across time zones, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities to work from home and at one of our offices on the East Coast.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to support workshop facilitators by managing schedules and coordinating events across time zones.

  • Experience with data-driven exec communications, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate APAC T&OC initiatives and maintain project schedules and reporting.
  • Provide guidance on T&OC frameworks and processes, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support the Graduate program to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely and customer-centric responses to inquiries.
  • Align T&OC activities with organisational priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build a network with Global HR colleagues and International T&OC teams.
  • Plan and coordinate learning events, manage the learning management system, and track attendance.

The Opportunity

Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Australian Government Defence security clearance at the level required for the position.

This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between the comfort of your home office and one of our vibrant office locations in Adelaide or the East Coast.

The APAC Talent & Organisational Capability (T&OC) team supports the organisation in building capability, developing talent and creating an engaged, high-performing workforce. The team delivers and coordinates a range of people initiatives, including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Competency Development, Succession Planning, Culture & Engagement, Learning Management and Graduate Program, working closely with stakeholders across the business and Global HR.

The APAC T&OC Coordinator plays a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the team through strong project coordination, proactive reporting, stakeholder management and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring APAC T&OC team effectiveness through excellent project coordination, proactive reporting and stakeholder management and team administration (such as raising purchase orders, maintaining the T&OC workspace, being our resident Excel guru).

  • Providing basic guidance to stakeholders on ll T&OC frameworks, processes and programs, referring more complex issues as required.

  • Directly supporting the Graduate program ensuring an outstanding experience for all parties involved (including Graduates, People Leaders, Technical Discipline Leads and other stakeholders)

  • Enhancing T&OC’s reputation by working closely with the MyHR team to ensure enquiries are handled in a timely way, putting the customer at the core – always.

  • Aligning T&OC’s work closely with organisational priorities and ensures relevance and appropriate prioritisation of initiatives in consultation with the broader APAC T&OC team.

  • Building a strong network with Global HR colleagues, particularly the International T&OC team

  • Scheduling and preparing for learning and leadership development events, maintaining the learning management system, liaising with participants to ensure high attendance and completion rates.

  • The ability to tell a compelling story through data visualisation and analysis, and demonstrate experience preparing Exec-ready communications, reports and presentations.

  • A mind that is continually on the hunt for improvements coupled with the ability to turn a problem into an interesting challenge to be solved.

  • A willingness to support workshop facilitators by maintaining the schedule, communicating with participants, proactively marketing programs and perfecting the ‘producer’ role for virtual events, which may be held in multiple international time zones.

  • Outstanding stakeholder relationship building with demonstrated experience in collaborating across a complex and/or matrixed organisation.

  • Strong digital literacy with experience in SAP Success Factors, Workspaces, MS Teams suite and Canva, Articulate or similar an advantage.
