Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Talent & Organisational Capability Coordinator to join the APAC T&OC team. The role offers hybrid work between home and offices in Adelaide or the East Coast, with eligibility to obtain Australian security clearance.

You will coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, produce reports, maintain the T&OC workspace, and support the Graduate program while aligning with global HR priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to tell data-driven stories and prepare Exec-ready reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across a matrix organisation.
• Experience coordinating workshops and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APAC T&OC team activities and administer workflows.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain T&OC workspace.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on frameworks and programs.
• Support Graduate program and ensure a positive participant experience.
• Partner with MyHR to handle inquiries promptly and customer-focused.
• Schedule and organize learning and leadership development events and manage LMS.
