Roles and Responsibilities :

The Operations Readiness Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assuring all Operations Readiness (OR) activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring operational, process safety, organizational, training, production, and business readiness requirements are achieved before start-up and asset handover. The role acts as the primary interface between the project team and Operations, governing OR1, OR2, and OR3 readiness requirements and ensuring successful transition to Operations. The role coordinates with the Commissioning Engineer to assure commissioning-related readiness deliverables but does not manage commissioning execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and govern the Operations Readiness Plan, schedule, and OR gate requirements (OR1, OR2, OR3).
  • Coordinate readiness activities across Operations, Engineering, Process Safety, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Training, and Production teams.
  • Coordinate Operations participation in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, MOC, and design review activities.
  • Operations Readiness governance (OR1, OR2, OR3)
