Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and eligibility for Australian Government security clearance.
• Senior HRBP experience in defence or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Technology leaders to deliver HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide operational HR advice balancing business needs with compliance and governance.
• Lead and support workforce planning, talent, performance, engagement, and retention.
• Drive performance management practices to improve outcomes.
