Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide new starters through the onboarding journey, from contract acceptance to Day 1. As a Talent Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the friendly and supportive guide for new Goodstarters joining our organisation. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and working within our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support a high volume of new hires, guiding them through the onboarding experience from contract acceptance through to their first day.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a key point of contact for candidates, helping them navigate systems, complete required onboarding and compliance activities, and resolve issues that may affect their commencement. Through proactive communication and strong attention to detail, you’ll deliver a positive candidate experience while supporting our centres to successfully welcome new team members.
