Community First Bank is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with leaders and employees across the lifecycle, owning talent acquisition and building capability. This hands-on role covers HR business partnering, employee relations, performance, onboarding and continuous improvement, aiming to make HR easy to work with and deliver a great candidate experience.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop pipelines, support workforce planning and partner with Head of HR

Competenze

• Demonstrated HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience and ability to independently manage day-to-day people matters.
• Strong practical knowledge of Australian employment practices and employee relations fundamentals.
• Demonstrated end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, selection and candidate management.
• Experience in organisations undergoing meaningful change.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees and provide clear, pragmatic advice.
• Confidence coaching leaders through people decisions and conversations.

• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, acting as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people matters.
• Provide practical advice across the employee lifecycle including performance, probation, flexible working, leave, changes and career movements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from role identification through to onboarding and pipeline development.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for critical roles; manage advertising, screening, interviews, references and onboarding checks.
• Design and implement effective selection processes and build leader capability in interviewing.
• Support onboarding and the broader employee experience initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to HR programs on performance, talent, engagement and organisational change.
