Job summary

Haskoning Australia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and recruit leading talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers, shaping our talent acquisition strategy while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive high-volume recruitment, build talent pools via diverse channels, and advocate customer service excellence to stakeholders and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiter or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in the technical consultancy sector is preferred.
• Proven track record in deliverable recruitment outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage top talent across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns with creative sourcing.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
• Utilize ATS effectively to track and optimize recruitment processes.

What will you do as Talent Acquisition Specialist Australia

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Australia, you will attract, engage, and recruit leading talent in Australia and New-Sealand. You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers across the region, providing recruitment expertise and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

• You’ll be a highly experienced recruiter, who proactively sources candidates, building talent pools through various means (eg: LinkedIn, Seek Talent, social media, career expo's, etc).
• You'll have strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to coach and guide recruitment best practice to hiring managers.
• You’ll have experience with high volume recruitment.Highly desirable if you have Engineering Consultancy recruitment experience.
• You’ll have demonstrated experience in developing creative candidate sourcing & screening strategies and campaigns.
• You’ll have extensive experience using and maximising applicant tracking systems.
• You’ll be someone that lives and breathes customer service. Ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, with exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Having a strategical focus on recruitment.

• At least a Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with recruiting in the Technical Consultancy domain.
• Solid experience and proven track record in recruitment delivery.
• Good interpersonal skills, result-driven and proactive.
