Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across our store network. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver specialist and leadership hires and contribute to initiatives that attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with the social team, and support succession planning. A customer-first mindset and agile, fast-paced work style are essential to success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Retail/FMCG preferred).
• Demonstrated experience across both high volume and high-touch recruitment.
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong customer orientation and service mentality.
• Solid organisational and planning skills.
• An agile and nimble working style and can work in a fast-paced environment.
