Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Education team in Melbourne. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for store network roles, balancing speed and quality while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll build relationships with stakeholders and champion MECCA culture in every search. This role focuses on high-volume and high-touch recruitment, collaborating with social teams, organising forums/interviews, and guiding candidates from offer to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Retail/FMCG preferred).
• Experience across both high volume and high-touch recruitment.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising upcoming recruitment activities with stakeholders.
• Championing MECCA culture and values to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Planning and executing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for host, specialist and leadership roles.

The Role You Could Play:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to jointhe People & Education teamand be part of building high performingstore teams across our store network.As Talent Acquisition Partner, your primary responsibility is to work at pace, both collaboratively and independently to drive the end-to-end recruitment of roles within your portfolio.You will also play a vital role in delivering initiatives that will attract and highlight specialist and hard-to-fill roles. • Solid organisational and planning skills
