MECCA Brighton in Victoria is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to support daily operations, stock replenishment and presentation to ensure exceptional customer service. You will participate in MECCAversity in-store training and work with leading product brands.

The role emphasizes store performance, stock control, health and safety, and ongoing professional development within Australia’s premier beauty retailer.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.
