Job summary

Horizon Nexus Partners in Melbourne is seeking a Recruitment Consultant who will manage recruitment end-to-end across the firm, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an onboarding experience that makes a great first impression.

You will bring hands-on experience, a modern approach to recruitment, and a collaborative mindset to help shape efficient, technology-enabled processes while keeping the candidate and employee experience at the heart of everything you do.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in‑house.
• Experience with graduate or early careers recruitment is a plus.
• Tech-enabled processes and data-driven approach are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end from role briefing to close‑out.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively engage high‑calibre candidates.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and quality of hire.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and salary information.
